House Rules

• Minimum deposit is $100.
• Before sending any deposit (especially reloads), you must DM us first on X at @ebetonesports. We may have updated deposit information. Make sure you get the right payment info before sending.
• Deposits will not be credited if sent from a non-customer unless prior arrangements and approval have been made.
• We reserve the right to refuse any deposit.
• Crypto deposits will be credited based on the amount we actually receive after confirmation in our wallet.
• If you did not receive a free play with rollover, the deposit must be risked 1x before requesting a payout.

• Monday: Payout requests accepted from 8:00 PM EST (Sunday night) to 11:00 AM EST (Monday).
• Tuesday – Friday: Payout requests accepted from 8:00 AM EST to NOON EST.
• While we make every effort to process your payment on the same day requested, we reserve the right to process said request during the current week in order to properly manage the weekly limits we have across the different payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.)

Eligibility Requirements

• You can request only one (1) payout per week.
• Once you withdraw, you must wait a minimum of 5 days before requesting another payout.
• Customers are not eligible to cash out if they have withdrawn in the past three consecutive weeks. Once they skip a week without cashing out, they are eligible to cash out again the following three consecutive weeks.
• All customers must risk 25% of their weekly balance to be considered an active player in order to receive a payout (lower risk/win amount on every bet counts). The 25% must be risked in the prior 7 days before requesting a payout and it is based on your balance at the end of the previous week Sunday night at midnight.
• New customers must play with us for at least 72 hours before requesting a payout (even if rollover is met).
• Inactive players (over 1 month): Must play for at least 3 days before requesting a payout.
• Winnings/profits earned on the same day as the withdrawal request are not eligible for same-day payout.
• Casino, horses, future bets, and boosts winnings must remain in your balance for at least 8 days before they can be cashed out.
• Hedging is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.

Your payout request must include:

• Your username (e.g., BTL000, EBT000, BST000, MJ000)
• The amount you wish to withdraw
• The payment method and details (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, BTC/ETH address, Apple Pay, etc.)

We need at least two payment options. We will try to use your preferred payment method but reserve the right to choose another payout method at our convenience.

eBet One is a recreational Sportsbook. Sharp action or the use of sharp tools to develop your betting activity, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. We reserve the right to close your account and forfeit your winnings if sharp action is detected. Please ask us what is considered sharp action if you have any doubt.

eBet One reserves the right to cancel any pending or settled wagers and permanently close any account found to be engaging in activity deemed detrimental to platform operations, including but not limited to:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Wagering on behalf of third parties or as part of an undisclosed syndicate or betting group
• Coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotions, odds, or platform mechanics
• Any pattern of activity that, in eBet One's sole discretion, is inconsistent with standard recreational wagering

Upon account closure for any of the above reasons, all account balances, pending wagers, and accrued bonuses will be forfeited. No prior notice is required. eBet One actively monitors all accounts and activity. This policy applies regardless of account standing, deposit history, or prior communication.

Rollover = (Deposit + Freeplay Bonus) × Rollover Rate

Example: $500 deposit + 50% freeplay bonus ($250) with 3x rollover = (500 + 250) × 3 = $2,250 worth of bets.

• Most standard sports bets (excluding live wagers, prop bets, horses, and casino).
• Only the lower amount (risk or win) of each wager counts toward rollover (Example: Risk $110 to win $100, the $100 amount will count towards your rollover)

• Live wagers
• Prop bets
• Horses
• Casino bets
• Boosted lines
• Hedging / betting both sides of a game

• If a free play wager ends in a Tie/Push, the risked amount is credited back to your free play balance.
• Regardless of the terms and conditions of the bonuses assigned to clients, in all cases the deposit and winnings obtained using a freeplay bonus must be wagered 1x.
• Free plays not used within 30 days expire due to inactivity.
• You may choose to decline any bonus/free play on deposit. In that case, you only need to risk the deposit 1x.
• Boosted lines do not count toward rollover. We reserve the right to cancel any boost even after the bet is placed.
• Hedging / betting both sides is not allowed. Such wagers will be canceled and will not count toward rollover.

• Deposits will not be credited if they are sent to us from a non-customer unless prior arrangements have been made and approval has been given.

• We also reserve the right to load crypto deposits once we receive confirmation in our wallet.
• All players must be at least 21 years of age.
• Only one account per user is allowed — if it is detected that a customer is using two or more accounts, or sharing accounts, we will request a copy of your ID to verify you. If we find clear evidence that both accounts are being used from the same IP address and there are similar bets on both accounts, all accounts will be closed and balance will be forfeit, with the client having no right to claim any amount.
• Only one account is allowed per IP address. If two or more accounts are using the same IP we will put all accounts on hold until we verify all customers' info. If we find clear evidence that both accounts are being used from the same IP address and there are similar bets on both accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balance will be forfeit, with the client having no right to claim any amount.
• Important: sharp action is not allowed under any circumstance. We reserve the right to close your account and forfeit your winnings if sharp action is detected. Please ask us what is considered sharp action if you have any doubt.
• Players that are inactive for more than nine (9) months will have their accounts closed and any remaining balance will be forfeit. All Internet wagers must be placed through our user interface provided on our web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a robot or a bot service, is strictly forbidden. In the event the use of non-approved client software is detected, management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, and/or take any other action it deems appropriate including a total forfeiture of all funds.
• Wagers submitted can't be canceled under any circumstances.
• When a customer requests and receives a payout, the entire free play balance or bonus and pending bets placed with free play money will be canceled.
• Make-up Rule. Any withdrawal creates a "Make-up". A "Make-up" is money that was paid out and needs to be replaced before any further bonus is received.
